Payment is accepted by cash or valid debit/credit card
A minimum 24 hours notice is required to cancel any booking, as we are then unable to fill that slot with another customer. The full amount is due if 24 hours notice is not given. Items ordered in especially for you are non refundable.
Late arrivals will be able to use the remainder of the appointment but the treatment time will be lessened in order that the next client is welcomed on time.
A 50% deposit is required for some packages/group bookings.
Please note that young children are not permitted at VanityHouse under any circumstances, in order to preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all customers and to avoid contact with hot equipment, sharps and harmful chemicals.
